Employers creating sustained additional jobs get monthly subsidies for 2 years (4 years in manufacturing): up to ₹10,000 (₹1L salary bracket), ₹20,000 (₹20k bracket), or ₹3,000 (above ₹20k) per new hire, paid semi-annually after 6 months retention. Firms with <50 employees need 2 new jobs; ≥50 need 5, based on pre-August 2025 baseline averages.
