Hyderabad-based KKL Group inaugurated its inaugural electric vehicle dealership, “Dandu’s Electric Vehicles,” on March 25, 2026, marking entry into Telangana’s EV market. The launch, attended by Dr. C.N. Gopinath Reddy (former Andhra Pradesh DGP and KKL Chairman), signals aggressive growth plans.

Expansion Strategy

KKL targets five new dealerships monthly in Telangana from FY 2026-27, focusing on Hyderabad, Warangal, Karimnagar, Nizamabad, and Khammam. Nationwide, the group aims for 100+ outlets across South India, plus institutional sales, battery manufacturing, and charging infrastructure.

Product Portfolio

The lineup features ARAI-certified electric scooters (Greta, Crest, Finch, Spartan, Green Rider, Vesper) priced ₹50,000-₹1.5 lakh, with lithium-ion batteries for personal and commercial use. Models include two/three-wheelers, autos, loaders, mini cars, and buses.

Market Vision

MD Adaikalam Shanmugam highlighted India’s EV boom via government policies like “Make in India.” KKL leverages marine engineering expertise for sustainable mobility, positioning as a key player in two-wheeler electrification.
