Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Deputy CM Nara Lokesh extended warm greetings on the Telugu Desam Party’s (TDP) 44th foundation day, celebrating its legacy founded by N.T. Rama Rao on March 29, 1982. Naidu hailed TDP as a reflection of Telugu aspirations, committed to NTR’s ideals of food, shelter, and clothing for the poor.

Naidu’s Vision for TDP

Naidu described the party as cadre-driven and resilient through ups and downs, calling the occasion a “festival for the party family.” He emphasized TDP’s role in uplifting oppressed classes and introducing welfare schemes, vowing to make Telugu people world No. 1.

Lokesh’s Tribute to NTR

Lokesh echoed that TDP was born for Telugu self-respect and progress, with “society as temple, people as gods.” He credited it for political empowerment of the marginalized and reiterated its welfare foundation.

Celebrations Across State

Party offices hosted flag hoisting, NTR tributes, pledge renewals, and senior leader honors at district levels. A special logo featuring NTR, Naidu, Lokesh, and the bicycle symbol trended on social media.
