Developed at ₹11,200 crore under a PPP model, the greenfield project spans 1,334 hectares with a 3,900-meter runway for wide-body aircraft. Phase I handles 12 million passengers annually (MPPA), scaling to 70 MPPA fully, featuring ILS navigation and 24/7 operations.
Strategic NCR Gateway
As Delhi-NCR’s second international airport after IGI, it decongests air traffic while serving Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Mathura, and Agra. Uttar Pradesh becomes India’s first state with five international airports, boosting regional connectivity via integrated road, rail, metro, and cargo hubs.
