The updated 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza has been spotted testing without camouflage in India, signaling an imminent launch likely in early 2026. The pre-production model reveals minimal exterior changes while confirming key mechanical upgrades for enhanced efficiency and features.

Exterior and Design Tweaks

The Brezza retains its familiar boxy SUV stance with squared wheel arches, roof rails, and strong shoulder lines, but sports new black alloy wheels and a shark-fin antenna. Thin black side cladding hints at reduced plastic usage for a cleaner look; front and rear bumpers appear largely unchanged, keeping the current headlamps and taillights with minor LED refinements.

Interior and Feature Upgrades

Inside, a larger infotainment touchscreen (possibly 10.1-inch) and a six-speed manual gearbox shifter are visible, suggesting a new powertrain option alongside the existing 1.5L petrol-CNG setup. Expected additions include Level 2 ADAS (adaptive cruise, lane keep, AEB), HUD navigation, ventilated seats, and premium materials, building on six airbags, ESP, and 360-degree camera.

Powertrain and CNG Innovation

The model features an underbody CNG tank, making it Maruti’s second vehicle after the Victus with this space-saving layout for better boot space. A six-speed manual pairs with the updated engine, potentially improving mileage and performance in the competitive sub-4m SUV segment.
