Mumbai: Netflix has unveiled the trailer for its upcoming reality series Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa, confirming actor Riteish Deshmukh and filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan as the hosts of the high-stakes captive reality show. The series marks a fresh chapter for the popular format, bringing a new hosting duo and a revamped concept to audiences.
The trailer introduces Deshmukh and Khan as the show’s “Jailers,” who will oversee 14 celebrity contestants living together in a confined environment, completely cut off from the outside world. Over six weeks, participants will face intense challenges, shifting alliances, punishments, and emotional revelations as they compete to survive eliminations and stay in the game.
High-Pressure Reality Format
According to the makers, Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa will test contestants through a series of tasks, status hierarchies, chargesheets, and penalties designed to push them beyond their comfort zones. The show aims to explore how public perception, personal truth, and strategic gameplay interact under pressure.
